I am beginning a job at Skidmore College as an Assistant Professor of Statistics in the Department of Mathematics and Statistics in fall 2025. I am passionate about using statistics to communicate clearly, and I strive to nurture that ability in my students.

Prior to starting at Skidmore, I completed my Ph.D. in Biostatistics at UNC-Chapel Hill in May 2025. There, I worked in the Li Lab under the supervision of Dr. Didong Li, focusing my thesis on dimension reduction methods for case-control data and related problem-solving techniques. I also worked for the North Carolina Translational and Clinical Sciences Institute (NC TraCS) under the guidance of Dr. Bahjat Qaqish, where I provided statistical support for various scientific studies.
